The indoor air temperature of gas radiation heating is 2 ~ 3℃ lower than that of convective heating, and the indoor air temperature gradient is small, the heat loss is small, and the cold air permeability is also small, which reduces the heat consumption and achieves the purpose of energy saving on the premise of ensuring comfort. It is understood that the use of infrared radiation heating can reduce energy consumption by 30% to 50%. It can be seen that the efficient use of infrared radiation heating technology in the industrial field. 
 
Gas infrared radiation heating system uses natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas as fuel. Air and gas are mixed and burned in the burner and enter the radiation tube to directly radiate heating personnel and objects that need heating. People and objects absorb and store the heat energy from the system, and then transfer heat to the air in the heating space through the surface, so there is no air stratification, and the heating problem of various industrial tall space is better solved. 
 
At present, the technology of gas radiation heating equipment is very mature, and it is completely feasible for the gas to be discharged directly to the outside after combustion, which meets the requirements of environmental protection. In addition, there are two major advantages, mainly reflected in:

Gas radiant heating system uses infrared rays to penetrate the heat energy in the air for energy conversion, and its high efficiency of energy utilization makes it an obvious economic choice for industrial heating. The independent heating generator is installed on the outside of the building, such as the top or side walls of the building, and the radiation tube is installed above the internal space of the building, which does not occupy the indoor floor space. The generator adopts double fan, micro positive pressure and negative pressure system design, and double wind pressure difference switch configuration. When the equipment starts, the micro positive pressure fan starts, after the micro difference switch is closed, the negative pressure fan starts, after the negative pressure switch is closed, the burner ignits. The micro positive pressure fan can ensure the stability of the flame without flame spillover, and the negative pressure fan can well elongate the flame in the radiation tube to ensure the combustion efficiency. The dual fan configuration ensures flame safety to a large extent.
