In industrial buildings for high-end industries, the requirements for heating conditions are higher. The airflow speed caused by heating should not be too high. During convective heating, cold and hot air are constantly circulating, which can affect people's comfort. In contrast, radiant heating will not cause much air movement and the heat lost is relatively small. The building envelope can only absorb heat from the indoor air and dissipate it through its surface to the outdoors. 
 

	Hot water radiant panels are a type of metal radiant panels that can be used for full-building heating and localized heating in specific areas or work zones in high-ceiling buildings. They are not only highly energy-efficient but also environmentally friendly, space-saving, and highly comfortable. They have a wide range of applications, including large shipyards, ships, aircraft, and automobiles repair halls, building materials markets, shopping malls, exhibition halls, multi-functional gymnasiums, and entertainment halls, among many others.

In the process of hot water radiation panel radiant heating, the radiant heat is directly irradiated to the heating object, and very little heat needs to be heated in the gas in the environment, so the air temperature in the same conditions is very low, usually 2-3°C, so the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is small, so the building's heat loss is relatively low. The heat consumption of radiation heating is lower than that of convection heating, about 0.8 times that of convection heating, i.e. the heat consumption of radiation heating is about 30% of that of convection heating. Radiant heating is more energy-saving than convection heating by 30-50%. 
 

	Currently, most people are not well-informed about the technology of ceiling hot water radiation panels. In fact, the initial installation cost of ceiling hot water radiation panels is not higher than the current traditional heating costs, especially in the later operation, its energy-saving features mean saving energy consumption and economic costs. ECOPAN Hot Water Radiant Panels are made of metal plates, with a steel pipe wrapped around the surface of the plate with a diameter of 1/2" or 3/4" covering 2/3 of its surface. The pipe, as the warmest part of the panel, is completely downward, and is wrapped by a metal plate covering 70% of its surface (the wrapping angle exceeds 280°), increasing the heat transfer area and ensuring that heat is transmitted from the pipe to the panel effectively, reducing convective flow and increasing radiation.
