When convective heating is adopted for the heating of large-space industrial buildings, the heating effect is not satisfactory. The heat rises and most of it gathers at the upper part of the building. The machines and personnel in the lower part of the building simply cannot feel the heat, resulting in a situation where the upper part is hot while the lower part is cold. At the same time, in large-space industrial buildings, there are many areas that do not require heating, such as corridors or areas where semi-finished products and packaging materials are piled up. Therefore, only the working areas around the equipment and personnel need to be heated. Infrared radiation heating can fully meet this demand for heating in large-space industrial buildings. 
 

	IMPRESIND gas radiation heating system generator promoted and sold by Beijing Leadway Power Co., Ltd. burns natural gas. The generated hot fluid flows in the radiation tubes under the drive of a negative pressure centrifugal fan. The high-temperature surfaces of the gray-black alloy steel radiation tubes excite and generate far-infrared radiation lines, which directly act on the objects and human bodies within the heating area. Currently, this system has been widely applied in high-rise space heating such as industrial plants, aircraft hangars, warehouses and logistics centers.

IMPRESIND gas radiation heating system is equipped with advanced combustion and flue gas circulation systems. After the heat exchange in the radiation tubes, part of the products will pass through the premixing chamber and be used for recirculation, achieving full utilization of energy and a thermal conversion rate of over 90%. The other part, due to complete combustion in the generator, the emissions can be directly discharged outdoors. The emissions comply with national emission standards. Through two heating processes to achieve energy conservation, environmental protection and reduction of operating costs, the overall energy saving can reach 30% to 50%. 
 
The radiant section of IMPRESIND gas radiation heating system is composed of a series of modules ranging from 2 to 4 meters in length, which are connected together through corresponding supports. Each module is made up of radiant tubes of black and gray double-sided aluminum alloy steel material, connected by special joints. They have special high-temperature and elasticity and are connected to the radiant tube section by ring hooks to maintain their position fixed. This solution does not use sealing compounds, compensating for the expansion caused by the heating of the modules, so that they will not cause dangerous expansion and stretching, and can ensure long-term use.
