At present, for high-rise space buildings, such as industrial plants, the traditional heating methods utilize heat sources like hot water boilers and steam boilers to heat the air inside the plant through pipelines, air handling units, heaters, radiators and other heat dissipation equipment, relying on the air convection to achieve the purpose of heating. However, in the traditional convective heating system, due to the upward movement of hot air, a large amount of heat is consumed in the upper part of the high-rise building, making it difficult for the lower working area to obtain sufficient heat and resulting in uneven temperature distribution. This not only causes waste of energy but also leads to poor thermal comfort. 
 
During the process of radiant heating, the heat is mainly concentrated in the middle and lower parts of the room, which is more conducive to being absorbed and utilized by the human body. The temperature rise is faster, and the thermal comfort is stronger. The energy consumed by the air is less, the energy utilization rate is high, and the heating effect is good. Therefore, compared with the two traditional heating methods mentioned earlier, radiant heating can better reduce the influence of temperature gradients. 
 
Under the condition that the indoor actual temperature is the same, the indoor air temperature of radiant heating is 2 to 3 ℃ lower than that of conventional heating. Therefore, the indoor heat consumption is less, the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is smaller, and the infiltration of cold air is also smaller. Thus, the indoor heating effect is improved. Relevant experiments have proved that the room temperature under radiant heat condition is 16 ℃, which is equivalent to a convective environment of 18 to 20 ℃. It is known that if the room temperature is reduced by 1 ℃, about 10% of energy can be saved. 
 

	Gas infrared radiation heating method utilizes the combustion of clean energy such as natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas to radiate infrared rays for heating. Infrared rays are not absorbed by the atmosphere and directly radiate to the heating objects. The heating objects absorb infrared rays and convert them into heat energy, thereby achieving the purpose of heating. According to GB50019-2015 "Design Code for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning in Industrial Buildings" 5.5.4: When using gas infrared radiation heating, the indoor calculated temperature should be 2℃ to 3℃ lower than the indoor air temperature of convective heating, reducing air stratification and convective effects, and improving the thermal energy utilization rate of the heating system.

The power of the radiation heating generator ranges from 180 to 270 KW, with a maximum length of 120 meters. It is suitable for industrial plants, warehouses, hangars and other types of tall-space heating. 
 
The generator of IMPRESIND gas radiation heating system burns natural gas. The generated hot fluid flows in the radiation tubes under the drive of a negative pressure centrifugal fan. The high-temperature surfaces of the gray-black alloy steel radiation tubes are excited to generate far-infrared radiation lines, which directly act on the objects and human bodies within the heating area. After the heat exchange in the radiation tubes, some of the products will pass through the premixing chamber and be used for flue gas recirculation to fully utilize the energy and greatly enhance the heating efficiency of the equipment. The indoor heating time can be shortened by 70% to 80%. The energy utilization efficiency is higher, and the overall energy saving can reach 30% to 50%.
