China is a big energy consumer and a big carbon emitter, so promoting energy conservation and emission reduction has become an inherent requirement for China to develop a low-carbon economy. Industry, construction, transportation and other fields are key sectors of energy conservation and emission reduction. Industrial energy consumption accounts for about 60% of the whole society's energy consumption. Among the energy consumption of industrial buildings in northern China, heating energy consumption accounts for about 20%. Unlike the obvious seasonality of domestic heating, industrial heating demand shows continuity. The problem of high energy consumption and high cost is prominent. 
 
In industrial manufacturing, industrial plant is one of the indispensable places in the production process, in order to ensure the winter production efficiency, heating is the key link, heating related costs are an important component of the production and operating costs of related enterprises. As people pay more and more attention to energy issues and environmental protection issues, how to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction of industrial heating has become one of the core issues that enterprises focus on. Especially in the heating of tall space industrial plants, energy saving is a necessary condition for sustainable development. 
 

	As one of the important ways of clean heating, infrared radiation heating has the characteristics of energy saving, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, etc., and the effect of infrared radiation heating is more guaranteed in the heating of tall space industrial plants. Among them, gas radiation heating is the use of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and other clean energy combustion, radiation of various wavelengths of infrared rays for directional heat transfer, reducing a large number of ineffective heating, thermal efficiency is greatly improved. The indoor temperature distribution is uniform, reducing the radiation heat dissipation of the human body to the outside world, and avoiding the problem of "cold feet and head heat" in traditional heating.

According to GB50019-2015 Design Code for Heating, Ventilation and air conditioning of industrial buildings 5.5.4: When gas infrared radiation heating is used, the calculated indoor temperature should be 2℃ ~ 3℃ lower than the air temperature in the convective heating room. Therefore, the air stratification and convection effect are reduced, and the heat energy utilization rate of the heating system is higher. 
 
A large number of project applications show that gas radiation heating is an ideal heating method for tall space, which is very suitable for all kinds of industrial plants, aircraft, railway, subway maintenance warehouses, warehouses and other industrial buildings with tall space. Under the premise of achieving the same heating effect, the heat load is lower, the comfort is higher, and it is more energy saving than the traditional convection heating method, which can greatly reduce the operating costs of enterprises. 
 
IMPRESIND gas radiant heating system has stable performance, and the generator is installed outside the building, which will not increase the fire danger level and design difficulty of the building. The generator burns natural gas, and the hot fluid generated flows in the radiation tube under the drive of the negative pressure centrifugal fan. The high temperature surface of the radiation tube made of aluminum alloy and steel is excited to produce far infrared radiation lines, which directly acts the radiant heat on the objects and human bodies in the heating area. After the heat exchange of the hot fluid inside the radiation tube is completed, part of the product will be recycled through the premixing chamber to make full use of energy. Two heating to achieve the purpose of energy saving, environmental protection, reduce operating costs, comprehensive energy saving up to 30%~50%.
