In recent years, radiant heating equipment has begun to be promoted and widely applied. For large space buildings such as factories, warehouses and hangars, the infrared radiation heating method is adopted. The greatest advantage is that infrared rays penetrate the air without heating it, so the temperature distribution is relatively uniform, the temperature difference gradient is relatively small, and the ineffective heat loss is less. It can avoid the vertical imbalance of the temperature field caused by convective heating. The operation does not generate convective air, avoiding the phenomenon of dust flying in industrial plants and improving the hygiene conditions of the heating space. The indoor heating speed is fast, the heat distribution is uniform, and the body feels comfortable and soft.

ECOPAN hot water radiant panels have 22 types of modules. Each module is available in two types: welded tubes and seamless tubes, which can provide designers with a wider range of choices and meet the needs of various engineering plans. The hot water radiant plate is composed of 4-meter and/or 6-meter modules. Therefore, by connecting the pipes of each module component through welding or crimping, different lengths can be obtained, achieving quick connection and saving labor costs to a certain extent. 
 
To reduce this thermal shock, ECOPAN hot water radiant panels have achieved 2-meter-long metal plate modules, making the 4-meter-long module composed of 2 plates and the 6-meter-long module composed of 3 plates. When 2-meter plates are placed side by side, an expansion joint is formed. The welding points are located in the middle of every 2 meters of the sheet, so the expansion on both sides is less than 1mm. This ensures that the radiation panel will not deform during this period. 
 
ECOPAN hot water radiant panel system operates in a directional manner, directly transferring heat to the areas where people are located. The pipe is the warmest part of the panel, completely bending downward, with 70% of its surface wrapped by a metal plate. The pipe protrudes completely under the plate, reducing convection and increasing radiation to quickly achieve the required temperature without the need for long preheating.
